Psychodynamic Therapy

Rooted in attachment theory, this approach makes space for the pain of relationship trauma, helping us to notice the defenses and projections we bring into our present-day relationships. We’ll work together to create a healthy therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and courageous conversation—helping you heal from complex trauma through learned safety.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Feeling better involves making some changes to our thoughts and behaviors. We often feel stuck because our inner narrator is out of ideas; CBT can help us write new scripts. Together we’ll dip into strategies for coping with anxious rumination, panic, mood swings, self-sabotage, and negative self-talk—setting small, achievable goals as needed.

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy

No healing journey is possible without curiosity and attention, turned inward. Mindfulness is the pause between action and reaction—the subtle attunement to the breath and body that gives us back our control. Part of the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy family, MBCT draws from thousands of years of evidence and more than a decade of neuroscience demonstrating that we can heal our brains by practicing stillness and compassionate awareness.

I see patients on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis depending on their needs. My wait time is around 1-2 weeks. Once you complete your intake, I will reach out by email for next steps.
